15 Republicans insult the People of Illinois voting with Madigan to permanently raise the state income tax along with other taxes

On July 2, 2017, exactly 241 years to the day that the Declaration of Independence was voted on passed; 15 Republicans took it upon themselves to insult the People of Illinois by voting with Michael Madigan to permanently raise the state income tax along with other taxes running contrary to the spirit of the founding of or country.
 

“When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
 
That these united Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States, that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States…”
 
Like King George III, Madigan, the Democrats along with the 15 Republican collaborators colluded to permanently raise our taxes in a manner that caused the Thirteen Colonies to rebel and declare war to gain independence.
 
Charge 01 – He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. Madigan has utilized the tyrannical powers of the Illinois Constitution rather than the spirit of the US Constitution to interfere and profit from his own laws. On August 25, 2016, Rep. Margo McDermed wrote an article in the Northwest Herald quoting Madigan as saying “Political people are driven by certain interests, quite often a personal self-interest.” McDermed then points to a story in the Chicago Sun-Times “…[reported]ing that Madigan’s law firm scored $58 million in tax cuts for well-connected Chicago and suburban Cook County property owners from 2003 to 2013.
 
Charge 02 – He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them. – Contrary to popular belief, Governor Bruce Rauner has submitted two budgets that would cut waste, start to balance budget without raising taxes but Madigan has refused to bring those bills out of committee.
 
Charge 03 – He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. Lisa Madigan has also refused to investigate any conflict of interests between her father and the law. As of March 2017, Illinois has now moved from no. 4 to no. 3 as the most corrupt state in the nation.
 
Charge 04 – He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures. Madigan has had years to schedule sessions but has instead scantly scheduled sessions the last one being on Sunday, on the Eve of the Independence Day holiday.
 
Charge 05 – He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands. In May 2017, Madigan secretly passed a bill making Illinois a sanctuary state for the purpose of getting votes.
 
Charge 06 – He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance. Illinois has over 7,000 taxing bodies. There are more taxing bodies in Illinois than in the state of Texas and neither Madigan, the Democrats or the treacherous 15 Republicans made any attempt to cut or reduce the number of taxing bodies.
 
Charge 07 – He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power. Madigan’s sanctuary bill allows gang members from other countries to migrate to Chicago, sell drugs and kill at will.
 
Charge 08 – He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation: Madigan continues to operate under his own Illinois Constitution that runs contrary Article IV Section 4 of the United States Constitution.
 
Charge 09 – He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. There seems nothing in Illinois that is not taxed in addition to other huge taxes. The Democrats along with Madigan refused to release an impact & effect of the proposed taxes on the Illinois communities yet the 5 Republicans voted with the Democrats anyway.
 
Charge 10 – He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation. Simply visit, walk the streets and spend the night in Danville, Mount Vernon, Springfield, Centralia, Centreville, Rockford, Metropolis, Harvey, Calumet City, Alton, Chatham, Grand Crossing, West Garfield Park, Chicago Lawn,  Gage Park, Fuller Park, Auburn Gresham, Riverdale, Riverdale and West Englewood and there you will witness how the state allows the people living there to kill each other.

The Declaration of Independence clearly states that we just can’t change governments every time that upset us:
 
“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.”
 
Like the Colonists, we have appealed to the Illinois GOP to support the candidates that we have chosen to protect us, but, the Illinois GOP has become part of the Democrat problem in Illinois by ignoring us, securing their interests while mocking us.
 
 
We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends”.
 
For decades, Illinois Republicans have lead us on principle to the voting booths to elect them, only to have them turn on us like the seasons to look out for their interests by enacting new laws for their protection rather than exercising the natural laws for our protection. Thus, we the Citizens of these United States of America residing in the State of Illinois call for the immediate resignation of the fifteen aforementioned Illinois party republicans who have betrayed our trust and on this day we boisterously proclaim, Enemies in War, Friends in Peace.
