Greeting from Tactical Security Institute (TSI ) Training,

The Illinois Concealed Carry Permit will soon hit its five year anniversary.  As we discussed in our original training, a re-certification training class is a requirement to renew your license. The requirement is that you must attend three (3) hours of training consisting of classroom as well as a range qualification. The TSI team is currently conducting classes. You can register for the renewal class on our website at tsifirearms.com.

The State is taking renewal applications within 90 days of permit expiration. They are also saying that it should take 90 days to process your background checks.

We highly suggest that you attend the renewal class at least 90 days prior to your permit expiration.

We will be adding classes on a weekly basis.

Joe and I look forward to seeing you again and hope that you will enjoy our class.

Thanks,

Scott & The TSI Team
