Almost every one of us would reject Malthusianism (population control) on moral grounds. Yet has anyone thought to calculate how fast we are committing suicide? First, society lauds the mass murder of children that the system calls abortion or “freedom of choice.” Then, the higher the economic class, the fewer children are born. And if they somehow miraculously survive this gauntlet?

Well, just so we all know, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released a report last year and The Washington Post reported it this way: “Suicide rates rose in all but one state between 1999 and 2016, with increases seen across age, gender, race and ethnicity, according to a report … In more than half of all deaths in 27 states, the people had no known mental health condition when they ended their lives.”

The numbers are mind-numbing, and I don’t like reading them any more than you do. But you must know that suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in America overall and the third leading cause from ages 15-24. More than 500,000 visits to the hospital each year are suicide related.

Only three generations ago there were large families and many with a dozen children. The next generation was cut in half and our generation has half the birth count again. Now 13 out of every 100,000 born are ending their lives early. And that’s not to mention the hundreds and thousands the depopulators in the medical industrial complex put into an early grave after they become non-producers.

Why are we doing this?

Just how intelligent is a race of people who will themselves to extinction? We should call it a moral crisis. We fear tyranny, we fear war, we fear disease, we fear economic depression, but we have absolutely no fear of self-extinction.

On the contrary, it seems to be a badge of distinction to have only one child and then kill oneself.

Dr. Jack Kevorkian, the nationally known ‘suicide doctor’ whose mission in life was to help people end their lives, was honored with the 1995 Sovereign Fund Award for “contributing the most to individual freedom in the United States.”

What a twisted sense of morality! But it is only received with a sigh from the American people. We have fallen into the dishonoring and demeaning estate of value relativism. We no longer know right from wrong. Nothing is black and white. Everything is a shade of gray, which is to say that anything goes. The Ten Commandments be damned.

The system has imposed Malthusianism upon us. Children are now an economic liability. Mothers are forced to work outside the home and children are herded to day care centers. Families have two choices. They are slim and none. Mothers can stay home, have children and be on welfare, or they can “elect” to be wage slaves.

Are we subtly being taught that death is desirable and even glorious? Will we finally frame death in notoriety and “service to our fellow man?”

The greatest reward of a death cult is to love death and translate and impute the love of death to the public mind. We must come to love “big brother” so much that we desire to die. Hence the wide publicity of Dr. Jack Kevorkian and the cult of the “gentle death.”

Is this the beginning of “benevolent” killing? I do not know that answer…

Prescription for well-being

What I have found out is that if you have thoughts of suicide and wish to escape the prescription of death society is writing for you at the present time, you can do some very effective self-healing through proper hormone balance, diet and training your mind.

Did you know that whether you’re a man or a woman, testosterone is important? Low testosterone levels can mean fatigue, low energy… and overall feelings of depression and hopelessness. Get your hormone levels tested. If your doctor finds an imbalance, consider natural bioidentical hormone therapy.

In addition, low levels of omega-3 and vitamin D are also associated with depression. Your mood and thoughts could be a result of full belly starvation. Commercial foods, devoid of nutrition, are chemical warfare against the population. We hardly go outside anymore, and if we do, we’re taught to block sunshine from our skin at all times, denying us life-giving vitamin D.

Speaking of feeling good, have you ever simply stood in the sunshine, soaking up its warmth and experienced a flood of positive emotions and feelings? Sunshine not only produces vitamin D in us but causes the brain to produce feel-good hormones like serotonin — the exact same effect as antidepressant drugs purport to have.

Without nutrition and sunshine, is it any wonder our embattled brains are susceptible to suicidal thoughts?

We must also never forget the power of prayer and fulfilling God’s purpose for us. Acts of kindness, passing on skills, service to our fellow man (note that this is NOT service to the community, which is a Statist mentality and plays into self-sacrifice, which we are trying to avoid!) by volunteering are all powerful ways to feel purposeful, feel joy and connected to God.

Paul writes in II Corinthians 9:6-7: “Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

But we can add to that many mind-body techniques to help reduce the effects and severity of stress. Biofeedback, mindful meditation, yoga, qigong, visualizations and hypnotherapy can help reduce the negative effects of stress on the body.

Deep breathing (10 minutes, twice daily) does more than just oxygenate the body. It also calms the autonomic nervous system to drastically reduce stress. Breathe out slowly and deeply to dispel the frustrations your mind harbors. Visualize the problem being solved and feel gratitude in your heart for the thing becoming resolved. There may be a purpose for what you are experiencing.

The class of natural plants, roots, barks, fruits and other substances that increase the body’s resistance to physical, biological, emotional and environmental stressors are called adaptogens. They balance the body’s endocrine hormones and immune system via the DNA-dependent synthesis of RNA, their normalizing effect on the central nervous system, their activation of key mediators of the stress response such as cortisol, nitric oxide and stress-activated proteins. The most effective adaptogens for stress appear to be ashwagandha, eleuthero and holy basil.

In short, adaptogens return the body to its naturally functioning state of homeostasis. When operating in homeostasis, the body is able naturally, organically and on its own, to protect against and resolve the effects of internal and external stressors resulting from disease, lifestyle choices and activities in daily living.

Are there drugs that can reverse suicidal thoughts? I have read about several… however I wouldn’t put it past the elites and their partners in the white towers of the pharmaceuticals to starve us and depress our brains, and then come up with a drug to “treat” the effect they themselves engendered.

Let me quote to you from Amy L. Lansky, Ph.D.She was a Silicon Valley computer scientist when her life was transformed by the miraculous homeopathic cure of her son’s autism. In April 2003 she published Impossible Cure: The Promise of Homeopathy, one of the best-selling books on homeopathy in the USA.

She is an executive board member of the National Center for Homeopathy, speaks and writes internationally about homeopathy.

“Unfortunately, if a substance succeeds in completely suppressing a symptom, there may be an illusion of ‘cure,’ but the real result of suppression is a deepening of the underlying disease state — because the energy of the disease is now forced to manifest in a more serious way.

“That’s why repeated application of cortisone cream to eczema can lead to asthma. That’s why the suppression of arthritis pain can lead to heart disease. That’s why teenagers who take acne drugs sometimes develop suicidal depression.

“Doctors call this phenomenon a ‘side effect’ or a ‘natural disease progression.’ But that’s because they don’t understand the effects of suppression or the signs of true cure.”
