HB0426, a bill that would make Illinois a sanctuary state

As many of you may or may not be aware of, a handful of Illinois politicians have moved on a bill that would make an Illinois a sanctuary state so they can get more votes from the Latin Community, more Federal dollars and to make Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner look bad. the media in time is also to be into this. Sensationalizing the issue would get illegals to protest the masses to turn them against Anglo’s, while making the Black and Anglo Community angry as well. This sensationalizing could even lead to violence which would help sell tons of news and newspaper. Malcolm X once said “The media’s the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power. Because they control the minds of the masses. If you’re not careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed, and loving the people who are doing the oppressing.”
Please read the attached letter so that you understand what the consequences are of making Illinois a sanctuary state which would include Illegals who could have stolen your social security number and ID, then forward this email and start making phone calls to the politicians listed at the end of the page and tell them making Illinois and Chicago a sanctuary sites is unacceptable.

Benjamin Franklin himself once said during the Constitutional Convention, “Sir, there are two passions which have a powerful influence in the affairs of men. These are ambition and avarice—the love of power and the love of money. Separately, each of these has great force in prompting men to action; but, when united in view of the same object, they have, in many minds, the most violent effects. Place before the eyes of such men a post of honor, that shall, at the same time, be a place of profit, and they will move heaven and earth to obtain it.” Yet another author noted, “When the nature of coin and credit is such that a few men get both in unlimited amounts for nothing, there is no lie those men won’t tell, no distraction that they will not create and no atrocity that they will not commit to insure that they will always get everything for absolutely nothing.” And thus we have placed before us HB0426, a bill that would make Illinois a sanctuary state as introduced by elitist hyenas, Emanuel Chris Welch, Ann M. Williams, Elizabeth Hernandez, Kathleen Willis, Gregory Harris, Thaddeus Jones, Silvana Tabares, Kelly M. Cassidy and Theresa Mah in Springfield.
I believe that the danger lies not in the proposed act of these nine immoral and intellect political degenerates who have nothing better to do than to take skirt the United States Constitution by picking and choosing which laws they will chose to follow.
 
On The Law
 
It is my opinion that Messers. Welch, Williams, Hernandez, Willis, Harris, Jones, Tabares, Cassidy and Mah have attempted to pass themselves off as lawmakers and their acts are law, just as zealot prosecutors attempt to do. Our nation and its laws were founded on two basic principles; government was created to protect individual’s lives, liberties and properties. Governments being composed of men and man being imperfect a constitution was created to protect individuals from government. In Federalist No. 51, James Madison wrote “If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary. In framing a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself.” Illinois enacted a law in January of 2014 making the tossing of a cigarette butt an offense punishable by a $1,500 fine. The law further states that a third offense can be a Class D felony that can be punishable by a $25,000 fine with jail time. Thus, the very thought that an American can be thrown in jail and fined $25,000 over a cigarette butt while a federal felon gets state protection for entering the country illegally is facetious and is more attuned to a court jester than a court of law.
 
 
 
 
The Law & Naturalization
 
Article I – Section 8 states that the laws of naturalization specifically lay with United States Congress and not the states. In his Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States, Justice Joseph Story states the purpose of the naturalization clause. It is evident that knowledge of the law is above the head of sponsors of this bill, the inability to foresee the consequences of enacting this bill, their disregard for the law and above all, a disrespect for the very people that elected them to protect and represent them.

The bill also fails to state who would pay for the background checks and how they plan to keep Illinois citizens safe from any criminal undesirables. The state also lacks the necessary courts, laws, statutes or departments need to responsibly pass such legislation.

Follow the Money
 
The first question to the American people should ask when legislation is proposed is “Is there money involved?” To date I have not seen any but a couple of interesting items have been brought to my attention.
 
First I would ask you to again go to YouTube Brigitte Gabriel Refugees Exposed׃ Here’s the cold hard truth the media won’t tell you – and listen to her opinion.
 
Second, please note that all of these representatives appear to be near the same vicinity. It is interesting to note that one of the biggest areas where welfare dollars are spent are the poor areas in Chicago. Interestingly enough those folks never seem to improve their situations there although their elected representatives seem to do pretty well. Recently, Forbes Magazine just ran an article entitled (Google) “Mapping $27 Billion In Federal Funding Of America’s Sanctuary Cities”
 
Further, Adam Andrzejewski of Open the Books also did his own study and found that Chicago has a prime award of $1,253,689,868 in federal aid (Google: Federal Funding of America’s Sanctuary Cities). As a “Latino”, I find it offensive that Chicago and the State of Illinois along with municipal and local governments, use illegal aliens to obtain Federal Funds while state income, property, commodity, service, toll etc. etc. etc. taxes rise. It is further insulting that the Democratic Party uses race to divide people of color and foreigners for what I believe is the specific purpose of securing their seats in our name while they collect these funds.
 
Identity Theft
 
I believe that no one can hide, work and receive welfare benefits in the United States without having the legitimate identification to receive the benefits of the United States and I further believe that identity theft by illegal aliens is a problem in the United States and would challenge any politician to prove me wrong.
 
It was reported in a June 15, 2016, Safe Smart Living article citing various sources that:
 
1 – In 2014, more than 1 billion records containing personally identifiable information were leaked.
 
2 – Medical identity theft is on the rise; 500,000 victims in 2014 alone.
 
3 – In 2014, $5.8 billion was given to identity thieves from the IRS due to fraudulent returns. Identity thieves use random social security numbers to file tax forms and by chance, it could be yours.
 
4 – The number one consumer complaint to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in 2014 was identity theft. It has ranked 1st place for 15 years running.
 
5 – Children are susceptible to identity theft. Since most people under 18 are not actively applying for credit or monitoring it, minors can become easy prey.
 
6 – 19 people become victims of identity theft every minute.
 
7 – The average victim can expect to spend $500 dollars and 30 hours on average resolving each identity theft crime.
 
On August 30, 2016, Washington Times reporter Stephen Dinan reported in an article that the IRS had discovered that illegals had stolen more than 1 million social security numbers and never bothered to tell the taxpayers. The article asserts that investigators had alerted the IRS five years ago and that their attempts to remedy the problem “fell short”. Messers. Welch, Williams, Hernandez, Willis, Harris, Jones, Tabares, Cassidy and Mah bill would not only give these felons sanctuary but give them the access and the means to utilize the internet infrastructure to continue the malicious thefts along with the protection and rights of our own United States Constitution. There is no doubt in my mind that any ordinary American who were to steal the identity of these political miscreants would suffer the utmost consequences and punishment for stealing their identities, however, this very same party thinks nothing of throwing our ordinary citizens under the bus or feeding them to the illegals to gain popularity.
 
Of Illinois Republicans
 
A piece of advice to the few true Illinois Republicans, caution, there are those Democrats who will ask you to reach across the aisle and compromise to get things done along with the encouragement of the media and the press. It is high-time that you awake and realize what these purse snatchers are doing. When was the last time Michael Madigan or any Democrat for that matter, reached across the aisle to you to help you pass meaningful legislation that benefitted your constituents? Heavens man! How many times has the press praised Springfield Republicans for reaching across the aisle to work with Democrats only to find themelves thrown under the bus at election time for raising the very same taxes the media found “refreshing” just months ago. Justify for the American people of Illinois Toi Hutchison purse snatching Opportunity Tax that seeks to rob businesses for doing business in Illinois while granting felons sanctuary.
 
Conclusion    
 
To non-Illinois citizens, I urge you to act. This bill proposes to protect those who steal your identity, federal tax-refunds, health-records, credit history etc. in exchange for getting a handful of Chicago politicians elected. In December of 2008, FBI Agent Robert Grant stated “…if it isn’t the most corrupt state in the United States, it’s certainly one hell of a competitor.” Reflect on who this bill benefits, who it protects, who profits and then who pays the ultimate price. I urge you call the bill’s sponsors and politicians down below along with your representative and tell them to kill this bill.
