Open House to feature more than 3,000 pieces of original artwork by Butler School students
Butler School students are looking forward to showing off some of the artwork they created this school year during an Open House on March 2.
More than 3,000 original pieces of art by 500-plus students will be on display from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Friends and family are invited to stop by, take pictures by the school’s photo wall and participate in a scavenger hunt.
The classroom with the greatest attendance will win bragging rights and the Butler Art Trophy.
New this year will be a short musical performance in the school gymnasium that students can take part in with their parents.
The schedule is as follows:
- 1st grade – 6-6:30 p.m.
- 2nd grade – 6:30-7 p.m.
- 3rd grade – 7-7:30 p.m.
- 4th grade – 7:30-8 p.m.
Don’t forget to stop by the PTO Book Fair. It also will be open from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
A big “thank you” to all of our parent volunteers who organized both events. The Art Parents spent days creating the colorful, game-themed art displays.
