Synthetic pharmaceutical drugs — what most people think of as “medicine” today — only treat symptoms ad infinitum.Doctors are taught in medical school to do differential diagnoses which almost always end in either a drug or surgery.So the people, taught to always “ask your doctor,” most often get an answer in the form of a “medicine” that doesn’t cure, yet they will need to be anchored to forever. The pharmaceuticals do this in order to mimic and usurp the intake of essential nutrients, which must be taken in daily through food, or, with today’s nutritionally deficient foods, through supplementation.As a result, America has become a drug culture instead of a nutrition culture, and untold millions of Americans are prescription drug addicts as surely as the crack, heroin or meth addict is addicted.What does addiction in America really look like?

were:
Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism. Total prescriptions: 114,344,324.

Lisinopril — ACE inhibitor for high blood pressure, heart failure, and following a heart attack. Total prescriptions: 110,611,325.

Atorvastatin for high cholesterol. Total prescriptions: 96,942,509.

Metformin for blood sugar and type 2 diabetes. Total prescriptions: 81,305,416.

Amlodipine — calcium channel blocker for high blood pressure and angina (chest pain). Total prescriptions: 75,201,622.

Metoprolol — beta-blocker for high blood pressure, angina, heart failure. Total prescriptions: 74,019,646.

Omeprazole for heartburn, GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), and stomach ulcers. Total prescriptions: 70,626,981.

Simvastatin — another statin. Total prescriptions: 65,144,489.

Losartan — an angiotensin receptor blocker for high blood pressure. Total prescriptions: 49,281,055.

Albuterol for asthma and bronchospasm. Total prescriptions: 47,109,712.Gabapentin (nerve pain), amoxicillin (antibiotic) and hydrocodone/acetaminophen (Vicodin) are also over 40 million prescriptions each in 2019.

There are around 330 million people in America. Some of the prescriptions above overlap, but even so, every year, there are more than 3 billion outpatient prescriptions filled at U.S. pharmacies. Some estimates say 44 percent of people are taking at least one prescription a day, but others put it at 70 percent of all Americans — or somewhere near 223 million.These “healthy meals” are loaded with one of the deadliest poisons in history.

And they could be the hidden cause of your chronic health problems.

Keep reading to learn what you can do about it…The most a drug can do is mask symptoms. For example, gabapentin can be given to mask the nerve pain caused by statin drugs. Who would volunteer for such a life sentence were it not for “doctor’s orders?” But people falsely believe that if symptoms are gone, the sickness or malady is gone. This makes modern medicine a world-class hoax.

We are told and intimidated by medical propaganda over and over that we must be protected internally from diseases that originate in the external environment. Against the assault of these “microscopic organism” bacteria, we are told that we must protect ourselves with immunizing shots for smallpox, diphtheria, tetanus, typhoid, colds, influenza, pneumonia, scarlet fever, whooping cough and many other invading armies of disease microbes.Natural exposure to “germs” in childhood can lead to natural immunity and long-term health. Studies show that even the so-called “bad germs” are necessary for good health. But they are to be exterminated, according to medical dogma.

All authority from the federal government down to the clinics and school personnel embrace this myth as gospel. And the federal government, in symbiotic fraternity with the drug cartel, even pays for many shots. The people, sick and poor, don’t have a chance against this assault.Where has the “Science of Preventive Medicine” gone? It will go down the memory hole unless we work together.

If you have bought into the myth of drugs and vaccines you are seeking health that you will never find. You will only progressively fill up your body with poison; for that is exactly what drugs are.

Banishing bugs
So how do we achieve peak health and immunity? How do we make our immune systems so strong and healthy we could sleep with people dying with “contagious disease” and never even get sick? This includes the disease du jour, COVID, Zika — or Ebola, SARS, H1N1, avian flu, the common cold or whatever.To harmonize with the human immune system, preventive care must be the focus of health.

There are two basic ways that this can happen. One is self-taught healthy living, and number two, work only with alternative practitioners whose priority is preventive medicine.True healthy living starts with a rested body and a healthy, alkaline diet. Higher alkalization means more oxygen and more oxygen signifies higher immunity.

For an alkaline diet we must consume whole, organic, nutrient-rich foods, mostly from raw, living sources. When you eat more than 50 percent raw foods you can stop the inflammation triggered by processed, refined or even cooked or baked foods.Our diet should be 80 percent vegetables (organic) with only 20 percent meats (preferably free-range and not exposed to GMOs or antibiotics). Acidity leads to disease, as does vitamin deficiency.Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food if you want peak immunity. In short, food heals. Studies show that vitamins and minerals found in healthy food and natural supplements prevent, cure and/or reduce complications of most diseases. I believe that if everyone got enough vitamin D each day, the drug industry would collapse to 20 percent of its former size.

Vitamin D vs. virusesI have also long maintained that the medical establishment has for years intentionally hidden the benefits of vitamin D in order to protect their flu vaccine scam.

I’m backed up by the fact that if we all avoided a vitamin D deficiency, we’d repel almost any illness. The immune system relies on vitamin D to function.Macrophages — white blood cells that engulf and digest cellular debris, foreign substances, microbes and cancer cells — check for vitamin D on their receptors and if it’s not there, no immune functions are initiated. Can a vitamin be more “essential” than being the initiator of immune response?If you go as far as to delete vitamin D from these powerful immune cells, insulin resistance increases as does atherosclerotic plaque.

Insulin resistance is a precursor to diabetes and leads to obesity. Atherosclerosis — hardening and narrowing of the arteries — leads to heart attacks, strokes and vascular disease. Now you see the true effect of less sunlight, and less vitamin D.Simply stand in the sun and soak in its warmth for a few minutes and you will experience a flood of positive emotions and feelings. Sunshine not only produces vitamin D in us but causes the brain to produce feel-good hormones like serotonin — the exact same effect as antidepressant drugs purport to have.

Without nutrition and sunshine, is it any wonder our embattled bodies cannot repel even the simplest viruses?The Vitamin D Council estimates that 2,000 IUs a day will probably get 75 percent to 80 percent of white Americans vitamin D sufficient if taken every day; while blacks need more due to their increased melanin pigment decreasing skin production of the hormone. But it recommends 5,000 IU a day for adults. The U.S. Institute of Medicine recommends 4,000 IU a day for everyone over 9 years old. You do not need to exceed 10,000 IU except under the advice of a medical practitioner.However, you do need to make sure your vitamin D supplement is natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and not synthetic vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol).

Most vitamin D prescriptions are for ergocalciferol.Ergocalciferol has been linked to a host of health problems like high calcium levels; nausea; vomiting; constipation; loss of appetite; increased thirst; urinary dysfunction; altered mood and mood swings; severe lethargy; rashes; itching and swelling of the face, mouth and throat; severe dizziness; and breathing problems.

It’s important to remember that once you commence vitamin D supplementation, your level of vitamin D will go up quickly, especially if you are taking 4,000 to 5,000 IU/day. But the symptoms related to vitamin D deficiency may take several weeks or months to lessen and many months to resolve completely. Any time we begin reversing biochemistry it takes time for the body to respond as it naturally should. Remember that you acquired this sunshine deficiency over a long period of time.
