China Has Declared Cold War
Miss Constitution is sympathetic to the plight of many Americans who cannot tell who is telling the truth. For those in power who are NOT telling the truth, a sophisticated system of manipulation is at their disposal that is so complex that many citizens see snow as black. This is real; it is happening now; it has happened before. Half of our citizens see all that is happening as a Russian misinformation campaign and half see what is happening as a betrayal of some of our trusted institutions and those persons who have once pledged or pledge now to preserve, protect, and defend the United States Constitution. Miss Constitution has pointed out that our eyes and ears, the Press in all its forms, is simply not functioning. A functioning Press uncovers facts and presents them, without opinion or slant, to the American people for consideration. Opinion pieces are clearly stated as such and not co-mingled with objective news. That is the ideal, of course, and what the Founders, and many Supreme Court cases that reflect the Founders, had in mind when the Press was protected from government censorship in the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution. Here is where we are right now:
- Allegations have been made, but not tested in Court, of systemic computer and other voting fraud in the recent Presidential election
- The Press has declared a Presidential winner, but votes have not been certified
- There is only a projected President-elect, not a confirmed President-elect
Allegations of systemic computer and other voting fraud in the Presidential election, if presented to the Court with the appropriate jurisdiction and in the manner prescribed by Court rules, will either be heard or dismissed by the presiding Judge or a panel of Judges. There are thresholds that must be met regarding the nature and the extent of the allegations for the case to move forward. There will be attorneys arguing the case go forward and there will be attorneys who want the case dismissed. A dismissal does not mean the case failed on its merits, it may mean that the Court rules were not followed or the jurisdiction was incorrect or the relief sought was not appropriate or some other reason or reasons that the Judge or panel offers. Miss Constitution hopes citizens will take the time to follow the reasoning of the Court. If the case goes forward, the allegations or causes of action must be proved. Signed statements under oath, live witnesses, experts, other material evidence that has a chain of custody that can be shown to be untampered with, all will be presented and cross-examined and the Judge or Judges will determine what evidence is true. Appeals are a possibility, and the Supreme Court may or may not decide to hear the case. The trial and appeals will be expedited if they go forward.
Once we know, through a Court of Law, what the Court finds true, we can proceed with appropriate relief or response. In the case of a Presidential election the United States Constitution tells us what to do if systemic fraud is found and therefore votes cannot be certified. Here is what is not helpful at this time and what causes Derangement Syndromes in some People:
- Calling a sitting President a liar, saying a sitting President is fomenting dishonesty; alleging that a sitting President thinks truth does not matter breaks the Unwritten Law of courtesy and deference that is required by all who serve in that important office. A former President is required to say simply that one hopes an honest election was held, that the favored candidate has won, that the system is followed properly, and that the final outcome is honored peacefully
- News organizations or commentators that say there is no evidence of fraud are misstating the fact. The fact is that evidence proving allegations of fraud has not been declared by a Court to be true
- The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, who watched the American election, has issued a report calling allegations of voter fraud “baseless” before they know that to be accurate
Miss Constitution is concerned that the mental manipulations of our People, the lack of real investigative reporting, and the deliberate triggering of Derangement Syndromes, has left us cynical, mistrustful, and unable to be confident about what we see with our own eyes. For instance, when an entire block of businesses has been set on fire and looted and the event represented as “peaceful protest”, we should be aware that this is how we can come to see snow is black. It takes time and effort for truth to properly emerge, but Miss Constitution is confident it will emerge. If there is wrongdoing by prominent persons in and out of government, and/or illegal foreign influence in our national election, there will be heightened attempts to divert attention, destroy evidence, blame others, disrupt daily life, threaten dire consequences, and other ugly behavior. The American people need only stay patient and hope the United States Constitution once again comes to their rescue if honestly followed.
