Miss Constitution Analyzes. . . Day 16 of our Presidential Election Crisis

China Has Declared Cold War

Miss Constitution wants to assure everyone that there is plenty of time to get an initial handle on what has happened with our Presidential election. Technically, a new President is not sworn in until January 20 of the next year. There are deadlines in between that involve certification of the vote in each State, electors chosen, and then the Electoral College meets and selects a President. The Electoral College is an important part of our Constitutional system and Miss Constitution will explain it more in detail at a later time. Right now, we are in the process of determining whether a valid election was held on November 3, 2020. We are not in a Constitutional crisis as the Constitution is in full play and providing the Rules and Guiderails for our investigation. The Founders wisely were well aware of the nature of politics and power and foresaw this happening. They wisely counseled us to be ever vigilant in defense of Liberty. There is no end of scoundrels who would destroy our system. Here is where we are right now:

  • States are re-counting votes but unless they are auditing the whole system, they may simply be re-counting fraud. No re-count will come up with the massive numbers of fraudulent votes necessary to alter the election
  • It is alleged that two systems used by certain states are foreign owned. Dominion Voting Systems is apparently owned by Canada and Scytl Systems is apparently owned by Spain. The Dominion server, with Smartmatic software, is alleged to be in Frankfurt, Germany and the Scytl server is alleged to be in Barcelona. American votes were alleged to be tabulated outside the United States. If, in fact, voting tabulation was done outside the United States the whole election would be invalid on national security grounds. Ownership of these companies needs to be investigated and disclosed. It is alleged that China, Venezuela, and Cuba have ownership stakes as well as Democratic funders George Soros and Bill Gates, among others. The software attached to these servers needs to be examined and any history of these servers being used in any other international or domestic elections disclosed.
  • It is alleged that at 4 am on November 3, 2020, tabulating was halted in ten states so that the systems could be “patched”. We would need to know who authorized such a patch and whether or not the patch was intended to switch a significant enough number of votes that an audit, even if human error or lack of oversight, or ballot box stuffing was found, would not produce. Any algorithms that could be calculated to produce a certain number of votes for a particular election would need to be investigated.

Yesterday, Miss Constitution outlined the Court procedures needed to file a complaint and produce evidence that meets Court criteria for relevance and veracity. If any of the allegations above are true, time is needed to secure servers not in this country along with the software in question and create a chain of custody that meets legal standards. In Day 10 of the Presidential Election Crisis, Miss Constitution revealed that America might have her own computer and software system that has been used to monitor and perhaps change elections in other countries. General Thomas McInerny revealed this to be the Hammer and Scorecard system developed by our CIA and NSA. This is a completely different issue than the one outlined above but, if true, does show that these systems exist and can alter elections. Efforts by all of the media, including Fox News, and all Social Media including Google, have tried to gloss over any irregularities and demanded that we simply declare Vice-President Biden President-elect of the United States. To declare that fraud did not exist in the Presidential election will not do. It must be shown that fraud did not exist and any evidence to the contrary presented and adjudicated in a Court of Law.

This situation may be much bigger than a fraudulent election. We do not know yet. Miss Constitution hopes that the Attorney General can be trusted, will carefully select an impartial and professional investigator, and that facts will slowly emerge. Miss Constitution asks your continued patience. There will be no correcting this at a later date. Miss Constitution is appreciative of the bipartisan “no labels” Senators and Governors who pledge support for the victor in this election. Cooperation, courtesy, respect, and deference are important parts of Unwritten Law. However, we do not know at this time who has actually won, and until we have an honest accounting that holds up under the Rule of Law, we may be relegating our country to the dustbin of history.
