Miss Constitution Analyzes. . . Day 34 of the Presidential Election Crisis

Day of Infamy. . . China. . . Election Solution

December 7, 1941, “a day that will live in infamy”, according to Franklin Delano Roosevelt, for the bombing of Pearl Harbor and the entrance of the United States into World War II. Our battleships were just sitting in the harbor as ducks in a bathtub. The carriers were out to sea. Stalin knew it was coming. Roosevelt knew it was coming. Stalin did not want the Japanese to invade Russia and Roosevelt wanted to please Stalin and end the pleadings of Churchill to enter the war. What the country was told and how the country rallied and responded is “general knowledge”, but the truth is a bit more complex. We are having our own “day of infamy” on November 3, 2020. Everyone knows what happened; the Democrats are silent about any notion of wrongdoing or coordination; the public has been told by CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, FOX NEWS, NBC, NPR, Facebook, and Twitter that we have a President-elect and an Office of President-elect in a decisive win for Joe Biden for President of the United States. Like Pearl Harbor, it is a bit more complex.

There is no President-elect and there is no Office of President-elect. This is a contested election. The truth is no one wants to deal with it. Judges dismiss allegations of fraud without a hearing to determine if there was fraud.  State legislators do not want to hear that they failed to protect an honest election in their state. Statisticians testify under oath of impossible numbers. Computer experts testify of “weighted” counts. The House of Representatives has been asked to investigate but Representatives Nadler and Schiff want no part of looking under the hood. The Attorney General of the United States, if there is an ongoing investigation, is not allowed to comment on it. His statement that no facts have been discovered that would have changed the election means that there is no investigation going on. The investigation of Hunter Biden and connections with the Chinese and other foreign actors that imply gross conflicts of interest with candidate Biden have evidently disappeared. All media outlets are calling Biden President-elect and he is measuring the drapes. Anyone questioning anything about the election other than to just accept a questionable outcome is silenced. There is so much direct evidence of fraud it cannot all be heard by those in positions of public trust. Circumstantial evidence looks like this:

  • Biden lost 19/20 bellwether counties; Biden lost the key states of Florida and Ohio
  • Key House races all went to the GOP
  • Magic ballot dumps appeared in swing states of 141,000 and 143,000, and 136,000 during the middle of the night

These are just the tips of the iceberg. One-third of all the electorate question the election. 70% of Republican voters question the election. Our nation cannot move forward with this level of mistrust. There are no Constitutional barriers to taking whatever time is necessary to get to the bottom of what happened. If our country goes forward without being sure we cannot recover.

The word “infamy” means evil act. The only way to make sure that evil does not prevail is to ask the American people to vote once more. The Supreme Court could monitor an election day for President with absentee and direct voting and the decision will be rendered that night. If Joe Biden wins this special election, then President Trump and his supporters should graciously accept the outcome and honor it. The same should be true if President Trump wins. What we do not want to win is evil. If we move forward as is evil is the ultimate victor.
