The process for a Village Project like the Comprehensive Plan starts with the Planning Commission. Once a vote at the Jan 7th Planning Commission takes place, the final step will be at a Village Board Meeting for a vote by The Board.
It is IMPERATIVE that as many residents show up and again make their voices heard, if we want to stop the change which will allow for apartments in or close to where you live. Your input and feedback are part of the public record.
Why is the Village of Homer Glen Leadership acting like there is no time but now to approve many controversial items destroying the Village: Comprehensive Plan, Road District, New Property Tax, and possibly the Regional Sports Complex BEFORE the April Election.
