Miss Constitution Analyzes. . . Day 64 of the Presidential Election Crisis

You Can Fool All the People Some of the Time. . . A Change in Our System. . . The New Slavery

Donald John Trump took on the Power Structure and the Power Structure won. Switch out the words “Swamp” or “Establishment” and we are talking about the same thing. The Power Structure is both Democrats and Republicans some of whom throw out a small bone to interviewers like Maria Bartiromo or have a truncated hearing on an important topic but without the critical questioning the answers to which would reveal what is really going on. Miss Constitution listened carefully to Senator Lindsey Graham ask a former acting Attorney General, “Did someone in the FBI go rogue?” Her answer was “yes.” Nothing further was asked and nothing further was done. A small bone thrown out to a hungry citizenry trying to understand. A federal prosecutor was appointed to investigate, call a Grand Jury, indict and prosecute those convicted, and expose a part of the Power Structure that needs reform. The report has never been issued. It has all disappeared. A small bone thrown out to a hungry citizenry trying to understand, but snatched back over time from the public’s bony hand. The Republican Party could have addressed issues of improper changes in state voting laws when they happened. They didn’t, so great was the hate for a Republican President who would expose their own members of the Swamp.

The number of Republican Senators who were thrilled not to have to take a stand regarding alleged massive 2020 and 2021 election fraud at the Electoral College count presided over by Vice-President Pence was represented as moral outrage no one could criticize. “Enough is enough. I’ve tried to help but it is over.” A secret, “Thank God” oozed out and righteous indignation in the form of waving arms substituted for a hard vote. Miss Constitution has called for an evidentiary hearing regarding these allegations but the Power Structure has been able to thwart a hearing in the proper forum so the People were thrown the bone of a possible Electoral Commission to look into it. Not only was the Commission not going to be approved but it would not be the rigorous proper forum for such an important issue. An enormous number of the People were outraged but without an ability to force fact-finding they were left to flail helplessly. The Power Structure includes the Judiciary, sadly. So, there we have it. A talented President, in many ways, thinking by productivity and concrete results he could make a dent in the Power Structure. Many of his appointments betrayed him; the talent he needed would not help him; the confidence he had in success could not match the enormity of the stinking sludge of the Swamp. Left to die without oxygen, and relying on his own instincts, he made Critical Errors at the last and has surrendered. A perfect time to call for his Impeachment or his removal for Mental Illness. The Swamp won against a gallant try. You can fool all the People some of the time.

The result of the Biden-Harris election is a change in our system. Our Constitutional Republic, created in 1787 and ratified in 1788, that has served us so well has been voted out by The People. The People have always had the authority to change the system. Miss Constitution wanted to know for sure that that is what they wanted. The hearing on alleged fraud would have given us that answer. We will never know as all evidence of fraud will be erased. So, the American people have authorized, whether legitimately or not, a state-centered soft Communism. It is described as Democratic Socialism but that is an oxymoron. Our United States Constitution does not allow either Socialism or its perfection as Communism. Liberty of the Person is no longer our primary value and will disappear soon enough. The Bill of Rights and its protections from government power will, as well.

What happens now?

Like many families who have an intractable problem, and certainly one this large, the only place to start is with each individual person. The nation needs virtuous persons as citizens. Virtuous persons are introduced to virtue (rightful thought and conduct) by persons of influence, whether a parent or parents, whether a grandfather or grandmother, whether a priest or minister or rabbi or anyone who loves a child. Virtuous persons need access to accurate knowledge, not poisonous propaganda. They need heroes and heroines and the influence of the dignified and the refined. They need wholesomeness and innocence. They need art and music and museums and architecture and cleanliness and Godliness and dignity and respect. They carry these lessons into adulthood.

The person needs a community of shared values and decency. The person needs a nation whose leadership can be respected. A leadership that protects their safety through protecting the nation’s safety. There are no shortcuts. None may be compromised by nations that wish us harm. None should bankrupt future generations because they lack the character and will and discipline to put our fiscal house in order. Each person of authority over a child needs to first rid him or herself of the modern addictions that destroy our humanity. Social media is a drug that corrupts. Most entertainment television deadens the soul. There is no reliable news outlet there are only a handful of worthy journalists. Professional sports and now some collegiate sports are propaganda outlets. Miss Constitution would have you unsubscribe; turn off and tune out. Play with your child; read to your child; cook with your child; do chores with your child; learn a sport with your child; play an instrument with your child; go to church or synagogue with your child; say Grace with your child; have discussions with your child; and take your child to the Library of Congress in Washington, DC for a tour and then down to Mt. Vernon for another.

Charles Payne, a business commentator and author, having risen from extreme inner-city poverty, warns us of the new slavery. What we face with our new system is less opportunity, more dependence, and an evermore entrenched Power Structure that will never again be caught so off-guard that a populist could sneak in as President and try and drain the Swamp. Miss Constitution thinks a virtuous American will emerge to do just that. You can’t fool all the People all the time.
