Steve Balich will work to Fix Where We Live
As Supervisor of Homer Township I will work with all the government entities and groups in a positive manner in an effort to fix where we live. I understand the Mayor of Homer Glen who has partnered with Meyers and her Independent Progressive Slate uses the Village Meetings to make up negative things about me. I could call him out for electioneering and slander for using the meeting to promote untruths, but I need to take the approach of doing what is in the best interest of the people of Homer Township which includes part of Lockport, New Lenox, Lemont, Homer Glen, and Unincorporated Homer Township.
Most people are getting sick of the ramblings of politicians! People only want to know how their life will be affected. I have put up videos and articles for years, so it is not too hard to understand what make me tick and how I stand on Issues. What I can promise is good honest government. I will spend your tax dollars like it was my own getting price comparisons before purchases and bids on projects. I will cut the tax dollars in the Levy not just the rates. This is a confusing statement because most government bodies talk in terms of rates. Ask an accountant or a lawyer if you do not understand the difference, not a politician.
Making positive changes that benefit where we live is my goal. My Endorsed Republican Slate: Vicki Bozen, Carmen Maurella, Brent Porfilio, Matt Connelly, Angela Adolf, Mike Bonomo, and Rob Rivera are all highly qualified and bring a diverse set of knowledge to the table. Fixing where we live needs different opinions and insight to be successful.
As supervisor I will put aside the petty lies and distortion of fact by the Homer Glen Mayor and others to bring good government to Homer Township. I will be supporting our Will County Sheriff in keeping our community safe. I was endorsed by Michael Puter, Director, Policy & Government Affairs and John Catanzara Chicago FOP President because of my support of the police.Subscribe
All our elected people working together need to put aside personal feelings and do what is best for the people. I promise to do just that. I understand that when you are elected to serve the people, God expects you to do just that. We can not be afraid to stand for what is right and against what is wrong. We cannot look at what is best for us as leaders, but rather what is best for those we represent. Our citizens deserve to trust our leaders to be responsible to provide safety and security for families and individuals.
