In the 2020 Consolidated Election Balich said he would cut Tax dollars, not just the rate. Fast forward to 2021, the Homer Township Levey was cut because the Town Board under the leadership of Steve Balich cut 16.41% of the Dollars from the budget. The proof is in your last tax bill.
