Breakthrough Alert – Illinois House and Senate Democrats Marxists Working in The Dark Against you late last night, both the Illinois House and Senate worked against the good people in Illinois. The fight is not over, but everyone needs to be engaged.

FIRST – It is LAME DUCK SESSION – the most dangerous time in Springfield when the legislature meets between the election and the swearing-in of new members. The purpose of the meeting is ostensibly to clean up unresolved issues from the previous General Assembly. In fact, it is also used to move legislation with non-returning members, “lame ducks” freely able to vote on legislation since they won’t be facing voters again any time soon, if at all.

In 2021, the last lame-duck session following the 2020 election, the Black caucus pushed the 
SAFE-T Act just hours before the new General Assembly was sworn in. We know how that worked out. A terrible, first-in-the-nation bill was pushed out with a minimum of votes only to be found by the courts to be unconstitutional… for right now.
HERE IS WHAT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED!1. SB1534 – EXPANDED ABORTION RIGHTS. At 10 pm last night, the House BEGAN debate on a bill to expand abortion rights AGAIN in Illinois. The bill would protect doctors in other states that perform abortions in their home states from facing any licensure issues if they come to practice in Illinois. The bill also disallows insurance companies from charging a co-pay or deductible for children who want to have gender-affirming care. The bill also lets physician assistants perform surgical abortions.

The bill is currently in the Senate for a concurrence motion. As it stands, witness slips can not be submitted right now. It was a gut-and-replace bill which is how they hide all their bad deeds from scrutiny by Illinois citizens. Be aware that the Bill titles are deceptive.Read SB1534 Here
2.    HB5188 – MANDATED COMPREHENSIVE SEX ED. It wasn’t enough to allow school districts to make their own decisions about providing comprehensive sex ed; now the radical and evil state Reps and Senators want to force public schools to push this pornographic soul-crushing and confusing curriculum on children beginning in kindergarten. The bill passed a Senate committee last night and will likely be on the Senate floor Sunday. Contact your state senator to tell them to vote against the bill. School districts, in conjunction with parents, should make this decision. And, an overwhelming majority of school districts stated that they were NOT going to put in place comprehensive sex ed. 3.   Another GUT & REPLACE – HB5855 is now in SB2226 “Amusement Ride Safety”– GUN BAN, MAG LIMIT, GUN REGISTRY, RED FLAG EXPANSION. At 11 pm, just after passing the expanded abortion bill, the House started debating the Gun bill. Debate lasted two hours. Republican Jim Durkin spoke in favor of the bill and voted for it. Look at the roll call. Downstate Dems Scherer, Hoffman, and Stuart should be vulnerable next election. This bill is now in the Senate for concurrence.
