China Has Declared Cold War
Miss Constitution has contented that COVID-19 is not a lab accident but a deliberate attempt by China to destabilize the United States. If that turns out to be a correct analysis of tactic it is working beautifully. Americans are at each other’s throats. State leadership regarding the virus as a health issue is wildly inconsistent and, in some cases, very damaging to the welfare of American citizens. If one looks objectively at some of these Governors and Mayors one wonders how the citizens could possibly elect them to any position of public trust. We have seen attacks on Orthodox Jews in New York City and deliberate harassment. The virus and policies around the virus DO NOT supersede the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution and its primary right to free exercise of religion. No government actor, state or federal, has the authority to order an abeyance of the right to free exercise of religion. State leaders making unconstitutional rules, if challenged, would lose in the Supreme Court of the United States if not a lower court. Arbitrary boarding up and shutting down of small businesses is an absolute violation of Liberty interests each citizen has that is protected and guaranteed by the United States Constitution. It is only a lack of knowledge concerning our Founding documents that allows authoritarianism to exist. Once elected leaders get a taste of the tyrannical, they are forever addicted. The American Civil Liberties Union used to jump on these behaviors immediately to preserve our Liberties, but they have decided to relinquish that role and no other group has taken their place. Miss Constitution would ask that the following be published so that the American people can get some perspective regarding the Chinese attack on our country:
- How many Americans die, on average, each day in the United States, from all causes; what is the yearly rate over five years
- How has this number changed with the onslaught of COVID-19
- Is the current surge in cases causing the average death rate from the virus to go up
- What FDA approved treatments are available now; compare to what was available last February
- What is the world-wide experience with lockdowns relative to stemming death rates from the virus and what are the unintended consequences of universal lockdowns
Of course, one also must consider any incentives for physicians to deem a death caused by the virus when that may or may not be true. The more important effect of the virus is that it totally distorted the Presidential election of 2020. Many Americans stood in long lines to vote on November 3 so that they could be sure their vote was not mishandled. Accusations of fraudulent voting are not with those who voted in person but with those who voted, or had their ballot harvested, or who registered from the grave, by mail. Painstaking efforts are underway to audit this type of voting, but it is overwhelming many states. Miss Constitution has called for an investigation of the computer systems used, as manipulation by computer systems could cause large numbers of votes to be changed or obliterated. Miss Constitution would have the following questions:
- As alleged by General McInerny, is there a super-computer and program called Hammer and Scorecard and was it used in the 2020 Presidential election to alter votes; were the votes tabulated outside the United States
- If the answer is yes, who had knowledge and control of this system
- Is the Department of Justice investigating these allegations and do the investigators in the FBI or Justice Department have “clean hands”
As we are dealing with the effects on our society, including the election, of a Constitutional breakdown, of wanton and willful corruption, of assassinations of police officers, of political demands made by anarchists and arsonists, of a loss of Liberty and civility, China has been busy using our distress to consolidate power in a once free Hong Kong. All democracy supporting legislators in Hong Kong have been purged and China has closed the window on a people who fought valiantly to save what we are now throwing away.
But that was the idea of unleashing the virus in the first place.
