CHINA HAS DECLARED COLD WAR

Miss Constitution has alleged that China is behind our election crisis in hopes of a change in policy regarding her relationship with the United States. Miss Constitution alleges the virus was deliberately unleashed causing the necessity for mail-in voting. It is the mail-in voting that may have systemic fraud issues as well as computer software issues that have been shown to have switched votes in the Presidential balloting. We are still in the counting stage (tabulation) in Arizona, Georgia, Alaska, and North Carolina. We have not reached the canvassing stage where problems are identified and where audits are requested. Those state actors who knowingly engaged in election fraud will make it difficult for investigators to get information upon which litigation can be based. Pertinent information is going to have to come, most likely, from court orders and witnesses will have to be put under oath. Material evidence that is lost, damaged beyond repair, or disappears is likely to be a part of this story. The following are some of the issues Miss Constitution thinks need to be investigated:

• Computer software used in many states; what software company provided this software and the background, including investors, of this company
• Ballots in the hundreds of thousands suddenly appearing with the only vote cast being for Biden; other contests on the same ballot unmarked
• Backdating and other improper handling of ballots in contravention of state law and court rulings, including the Supreme Court
• Tabulating votes, storing evidence for audit, or any other actions by local election officials in contravention of state election statutes (including poll watching); orders from executive branch or courts in states in contravention of state election statutes
• Equal protection of the law issues where state actor actions differ between candidates; these are potential federal civil rights violations

Miss Constitution understands the Biden campaign’s wish to move on as though the election was fairly won. If it turns out the election was fairly won by former Vice-President Biden, then the result should be accepted with grace as is required by our Unwritten Law. Miss Constitution is, however, perplexed by the calling of an election this close with obvious problems; she is perplexed by the eyes and ears of the public (a free press) unwilling to investigate issues; and she is perplexed that there seems to be a rush to conclude the election when the very existence of the nation is at stake. One good outcome of this chaos is that the Biden team has let us know that they intend to transfer American sovereignty to global organizations; renew the Iran Treaty, and re-join the World Health Organization that was behind China’s cover-up of the unleashing of the COVID-19 virus.
